Who we are

[Business name: set by the business] ("we", "us") provides job quoting, scheduling and invoicing software to welding and fabrication businesses ("you"). The service is provided by [Company legal name: set by the business], [Address for legal notices: set by the business].

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

Your account

• Give accurate business and contact details and keep them current.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you give access to.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not send misleading quotes, invoices or change orders, or use the service to harass anyone.
• Only upload customer information, photos and notes you have the right to use.
• Do not try to break, overload, probe or copy the service, or access data that is not yours.
• You remain responsible for your trade licenses, certifications, permits, insurance and code compliance. Certification reminders in the app are a convenience, not a guarantee.

Your customer data

Customer contacts, job-site addresses, photos, notes, quotes and invoices you enter are your data. You are responsible for having permission to store them and to contact your customers.

We process that data on your behalf only to run the service. You can export it (CSV) at any time and remove a customer's personal details with "Delete client data" on the customer record.

Quotes, payments and tax

• Quotes, change orders and invoices you send are agreements between you and your customer. We are not a party to them.
• Card payments, where enabled, are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms and fees.
• Amounts you enter are before tax. Where Stripe Tax is enabled on your own Stripe account, Stripe calculates any tax at payment from the information you provide. We do not calculate, verify or file tax and do not determine your tax obligations — you are responsible for your Stripe Tax settings, registrations and filings; ask your tax adviser.
• Costing, templates and estimates in the app are aids. You are responsible for your prices and for the work.

Plans and billing

Plan prices, trial length and limits are shown in the app when you choose a plan. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. We will give you notice before changing what you pay.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of records you are required to retain.

No professional advice

The service does not give legal, tax, engineering, structural or safety advice. Decisions about how a job is designed, priced and carried out are yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. Export anything you need before closing your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [Governing law: set by the business]. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
